What is the Standard delivery?

If your order is placed before 1pm, we will dispatch the same day for a tracked 1st class delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. (Monday- Friday)

Where is my order?

You will receive a Royal mail tracking number via email or text depending on your preference set. Please click the link to track your parcels progress.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return any items you do not wish to keep. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in a re-saleable condition.

What if I have faulty goods?

Please return the item stating the fault on the returns form. Once we have confirmed receipt and verified the fault you will be refunded the full amount and also any shipping costs associated.

Why do we charge 5p for our paper carrier bags in store?

As a company The Stock Shop believes that it's better for the environment if customers bring their own reusable bags with them and that charging for single use carrier bags is the best way to achieve this. Although it is reduced, single use paper bags do still have an environmental impact from production, transportation and the cost of waste disposal. There is no part of the law that stipulates that paper bags must be free of charge. Our paper bags are substantially more expensive to produce than the plastic bags that we used to give out and we do not make any profit on them. Above all our carrier bag usage has dropped by over 60% since the changes in law were introduced. We hope that our position and commitment to protecting the environment is clear and that you will continue to shop with us.
