Bulk Order Policy

We’re thrilled when our customers love our products — thank you for your support! To help us manage high-volume orders fairly and efficiently, please note the following policy regarding bulk orders.
✅ What Counts as a Bulk Order?
Any order containing:
- More than 30 items, or
- Valued over £500
We may review orders that exceed these thresholds before confirming or dispatching.
🛍️ Personal Use vs. Business Orders
If you are ordering for a team, group, or business, please contact us at websales@thestockshop.co.uk so we can provide:
- Stock availability info
- Shipping timelines
- Bulk pricing (if applicable)
- A tailored returns policy
🕐 Processing Time
Bulk orders may take longer to process and ship. We’ll confirm timelines with you before dispatch. If we cannot fulfil the order in one shipment, we may suggest splitting it into parts.
💳 Klarna & Pay Later Services
Due to risk and return-processing limitations, we do not accept Klarna (or other Pay Later options) on bulk orders. If an order is placed using Klarna and meets our bulk threshold, we may:
- Contact you to confirm details
- Request alternative payment before dispatch
- Cancel the order if necessary
🔁 Returns Policy for Bulk Orders
To protect our small team and stock levels, bulk orders are subject to a modified returns policy:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- We reserve the right to decline full returns of high-quantity orders unless items are faulty
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
If you have concerns about sizing, fit, or suitability, we recommend placing a smaller initial order before committing to a larger one.
